5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your bingo63 Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 10.3 bingo63 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.1 bingo63 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, any balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was derived from prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity.
11.3 You may close your bingo63 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
11.4 Self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools in your Account settings will result in immediate Account suspension for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.
